Founded in 2000, Aop Thermal Technology Inc. is a manufacturer of customized high-precision parts of liquid cold plates, die casting, CNC machining, extruded heat sinks, skived fin heat sinks, heat pipe assembling, panels and cases; and coolers series which are widely used in telecommunication, IT and solar energy. And we are member of Asian Outsourcing Partner Group.
We have a factory covering an area of 3,000 square meters that houses 500 employees and equipped with advanced machines such as CNC machining from Germany and Taiwan and casting machines from Germany. We have over 10 years of stable relationships with 20 suppliers.
Our factory capability includes six sets of extrusion machines from 600 to 3,000 tons, 10 sets of die casting machines (aluminum, zinc and magnesium alloy) from 200 to 1,800 tons, 50 sets of CNC machining centers, two sets of saw cutting machines, 10 sets of cross cutting machines, one set of skiving machines, 120 sets of stamping machines from three to 200 tons, 10 sets of polish machines, 22 sets of sand blasting machines, two assembly lines, two sets of silkscreen printing equipment, and surface treatment lines such as anodized, chromate, copper plating, silver plating and painting line which are RoHS-compliant with colors available by special order.
Owning a mold department, our R&D team consists of 20 engineers with over 10 years of experience that have worked for AAVID, Huawei and ZTE. They can release five to 10 new models monthly and can design and make samples according to customer requirements within 30 days. We also have 30 QC staff with an average of five years of experience that inspect and check all our products that undergo quality control, including salt spray tests, x-ray tests and anti-leak tests for liquid cold plates. In addition, all our products have one-year warranty.
